Product Awareness Declarations Confirmation

Holiday Kitchens strongly recommends that dealers educate their customers on the inherent properties of wood and the critical features of Holiday Kitchens cabinetry.  Educating customers on what to expect with their new kitchen will help prevent misunderstandings and potential problems after installation.  Dealers should not consider covering these issues as negative selling.  Dealers who teach their customers gain their trust, and that trust can be a decisive factor for the customers when deciding where to ultimately buy.  Additionally, up-front education greatly reduces the amount of post-installation issues which enhances word-of-mouth sales and referrals.

To facilitate this education, Holiday has provided a series of Product Awareness Declarations in this Technical Guide which the dealer can use to discuss applicable topics with prospective customers.  As a safeguard for the dealer, Holiday has created a form, HKF-003 Product Awareness Confirmation Form, which can be used to document which critical topics were shared with the customer.  For most of Holiday's Product Awareness Declarations, use of this form is at the discretion of the dealer.  This form can be found on the Holiday Kitchens Website.

However, there are some products in which we require a dealer to take additional steps.  These are outlined immediately following, before the general Product Awareness Declarations.
