Mastercraft Industries is a privately owned custom manufacturing company. The home of Holiday Kitchens (quality custom cabinets) located in Rice Lake. Three Johnston brothers founded Mastercraft in 1946 as a result of the post-war building boom. The company has been built around three values: honesty, hard work, and quality. Today we carry on that same tradition under new energized directors and focus.
Today we are one of the top 10 custom cabinet manufacturers in the country, and one of the premier custom interior shutter manufactures in the country. The company’s growth remains steady and well managed. We believe the customer comes first! If you are not thinking customer, you are not thinking. Staying close to the market to determine our customers’ needs is a strategic philosophy. We are greatly committed to customer satisfaction.
We ship cabinets on our own trucks with our own drivers to over 35 states. Our staff is continually working to improve quality, value, and the diversity of our products to be competitive in the marketplace.
With 130,000 square feet of manufacturing facility and 275 professional employees, we feel confident to take on the most demanding projects. Our newly operational, state-of-the-art flat-line finishing system and sanding systems increase quality and productivity. New molding equipment has also been installed in our on-sight milling facility; which provides our manufacturing plant with components and panel stock.
We are known for our outstanding customer service and high-quality products, which has contributed to our success. Our reputation has developed 60 years, and we pledge to retain it.
